Patch Test Recommendation

We always recommend doing a patch test when using any new product on your skin for the first time to avoid any adverse reactions.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, as-new condition. The item must be in the original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item to process your refund, unless you are experiencing an allergic reaction to the product.

Return Requirements:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive your money back within 1 working day after the approval of your refund.


You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us due to failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Non-Delivery Of Items:

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • Addressee gone away
  • Parcel not called for
  • Parcel not collected from pickup shop

You may either request a refund or for the item to be returned to you. A refund will be subject to a £19.99 postage and handling fee in the EU and UK. This fee covers the shipping cost of sending the parcel out and the charge from the courier for the return shipping back to our warehouse.

Any Other Issues

If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues reported beyond this date will not be considered.
